1. Ambassador Program Membership

To participate, you must complete the registration form and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any membership application without obligation to provide justification.

2. Commissions

• Commission Rate: Ambassador earn a 10% commission on sales made through their unique links.
• Exclusions: Commissions are calculated on the total sale amount, excluding taxes and delivery fees.
• Restrictions: No commission will be paid on returned or canceled orders.

3. Cookie and Sales Attribution

• Cookie Duration: Cookies are valid for 120 days from the customer’s first visit via your ambassador link.
• Tracking: We use cookies to ensure purchases are correctly attributed to the corresponding ambassador.

4. Commission Payments

• Payment Threshold: Commission payments are made once your balance reaches a minimum of $100.
• Payment Delay: Commissions are paid 30 days after the client’s purchase.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are made via bank transfer or any other method previously agreed upon with our accounting service.

6. Promotion of the B-lunch Brand

• Brand Image Respect: All promotional content must reflect B-lunch’s professional and high-end image. The use of our name and marketing materials must comply with our guidelines.
• Courteous Language: Ambassadors must use courteous and respectful language towards customers and potential customers, in line with our brand values.
• Promotional Channels: Ambassadors are encouraged to use a variety of channels to promote our brand while respecting the specific rules of each platform.

7. General Conditions

• Modification of Terms: B-lunch reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be informed of any changes.
• Termination: We may terminate your participation in the ambassador program at our discretion, particularly for non-compliance with the terms.

All personal information collected under the ambassador program is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
