The goods related to this document are the goods that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes any products listed as out of stock. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any product or service we supply. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

When you provide us with your payment details, you confirm that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.

Shipping and Delivery

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever this becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Refunds

Refund of Goods

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:
The good is broken or damaged
The good is not as described
The good is the wrong size, color, etc.
Change of mind
The good does not meet the user’s expectations
Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.
Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:
Goods that have already been used and that do not have any company defects.

Returns

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
Pack your goods and attach the return label to the package. Please return them to the following address: 690, Monique-Dupont – Trois-Rivières, Qc, Canada G8W 0H3.

Warranties

30-day warranty on all items with a manufacturing defect.
Limitation of Liability
B-Lunch or any of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, B-Lunch and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.

As a user, you hereby indemnify B-Lunch from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set forth in this document.
